Project Management
I offer full management of your home improvement projects for $90 per hour. I ensure everything runs as smooth as possible from start to finish taking away most if not all of the stress that comes from small and large home improvement projects.
Design Assistance
Seeking guidance for your design decisions? I provide an Interior Design service at a rate of $90 per hour, dedicated to helping you craft your ideal space with personalized product suggestions and my professional insights.
This service features a 3-D virtual tour and renderings with measurements of your proposed revamped area, along with detailed instructions for your contractor to implement.
Smaller Project
If you require a replacement for a water heater, A/C unit, water treatment system, or any smaller project, I will personally help you choose the appropriate materials and contractor for your project at a rate of $85 per hour, guaranteeing quality and dependability.

THIS EDITOR SHOULD BE BY DEFAULT IN BLACK. I dont see a need for color changes in the editor when all that we are trying to do is to insert text and maybe bullets. All edit to color and font should be done in DESIGN. When a Picture with Text has a white font, the editor will not show font unless you manually change the color of the font for editing only purposes. If you change the color in the editor the bullets will not reflect the change with the new color, so then you have to change the color of the editor in DESIGN to view the bullets in the editor.
